If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship the item(s) back and receive a full refund. Returns shipped after 7 days will be eligible for store credit in the form of a gift card. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL, and returns will not be accepted.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. No refund or exchanges for the following:
- Gift Cards
- Sale items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and we will provide you with a return shipping label you via email for the order. The product must have no signs of visible damage or wear and tear and must be in original protective packaging. I We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To return your item(s), Follow these steps:
- Repackage the item(s) in the box or mailer that it arrived in.
- Email us with your intent to return your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We’ll Email you back with a return label (if applicable)
- Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase
- Drop off at your nearest post office.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.
