Shipment processing time

Order processing and shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. However, shipments might be received during these times depending on the carrier and your location. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping time

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Dranchak Studio LLC ships to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.  Some merchandise may ship via FedEx or UPS only and a physical mailing address will be required. Shipping carrier varies per order a factors such as  shipment size, volume, weight and destination will be used to determine which shipping carrier will be used for each order.   

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when item(s) are shipped.

Damages

Dranchak Studio LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you must contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Dranchak Studio LLC ships to USA (including Alaska & Hawaii). Some original artworks and prints are sent internationally. Please contact info@dranchakstudio.com

Customs, duties, and taxes

Dranchak Studio LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

SHIPPING DETAILS

PAPER: Prints & Cards

All prints are packed with care and safety precautions. We pack all paper prints in a flat mailer with a piece of cardboard or foam core included in the envelope for stability, as well as a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the front to reinforce the safety of the print. Cards are packed in a variety of envelopes, mailers or boxes according to the quantity ordered and the method of shipment.

ORIGINALS: Acrylic paintings on canvas

All originals are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. Each original painting is wrapped in paper then tape around protective foam core or cardboard on either side of the wrapped painting to protect it from anything around it. The painting(s) is then placed in an art-sized box with room around the painting to allow for more packaging material to stabilize the painting during shipment. Any original painting over $250 will include shipping insurance paid for by Dranchak Studio LLC, in case of the event that it is damaged by the postage system.

ADDITIONAL FEES: Packing & Handling fee

Additional shipping costs may be added at checkout. You will be charged $10-$50 (varies with size of painting) packing and handling fee upon the purchase of your original painting. This charge is to cover materials for shipment, and the rest of the shipping cost is included in the price of the painting. You will not be invoiced for shipping cost after your purchase. Painting will be shipped from Dranchak Studio in Phoenix, AZ, via USPS or FedEx depending on the size of the artwork and location of the client.
